From what we’ve got visible until now, it looks like Baelish made Robin his puppet. The boy is so retarded and gullible that if Baelish needs he would likely kill himself. Though Robin is the lord of the vale, it’s nearly like Baelish is. He can make him do whatever he desires. He gave Robin a caged falcon and it’s nearly like he is caging Robin with every move. It’s virtually a classical Baelish flow and also a Varys sort of pass. They like to be round powerful people, they prefer to control effective human beings. But they commonly don’t want to be the only sitting there.
