2019 Rittenhouse Game of Thrones Inflexions trading cards put a high-end spin to the show’s first seven seasons. Delivering a smaller box size and the promise of either an autograph or premium insert per pack, there’s a vibe that’s similar to Game of Thrones Valyrian Steel set from 2017.

2019 Rittenhouse Game of Thrones Inflexions Base Set Basics

The main base set is a big one, spanning 150 total cards. Like Valyrian Steel, it’s an anthology-style checklist that covers the entire series except for season eight. The focus is on key moments from the show rather than simply character profiles.

Each pack has three base cards. The combination of the small packs and higher price tag should make building it a challenge although not impossible.

Base cards have a couple of parallels, although just one of them is available in packs. Mirror versions fall under a group of inserts Rittenhouse has branded as ‘tech cards,’ which combine to land one per pack.

There are also Gold Metal parallels. These sets are only given out as a ten-case incentive. Each is numbered to 40.

Autographs

Signed cards are the most plentiful premium cards in 2019 Rittenhouse Game of Thrones Inflexions, landing two per box. But the checklist isn’t limited to regular single-signed cards.

Autograph Relics cover some of the show’s biggest stars including Emilia Clarke (Daenerys Targaryen), Peter Dinklage (Tyrion Lannister) and Kit Harington (Jon Snow). Based on mock-up images, it looks like these use cut-style signatures.

Dual Autographs are also available. Combinations include Lena Headey (Cersei Lannister) and Jack Gleeson (King Joffrey), Rose Leslie (Ygritte) and Kristofer Hivju (Tormund Giantsbane), and Sophie Turner (Sansa Stark) and Jack Gleeson (King Joffrey). According to Rittenhouse, at least a dozen Dual Autographs will be on the final checklist.

Rittenhouse is also promising additional autographs from Jason Momoa, Turner, Headey and more.

Other Premium Inserts

2019 Rittenhouse Game of Thrones Inflexions dives into some other areas to round out the premium inserts.

Sketch cards return in a couple of different forms. Scenic Sketch Cards are what collectors are used to with the line, showcasing artistic interpretations of sweeping landscapes and more.

But Inflexions also has Character Sketch Cards that show the faces from the show. Dan Bergren, Carlos Cabaleiro and Jason Davies are the artists doing the photo-realistic interpretations art on these particular cards.

Some sketch cards have Artifex Metal versions as well. These are reproductions that come numbered to 25.

Costume Relics are available for Daenerys Targaryen, Cersei Lannister and Tyrion Lannister.

Stamp Cards have an official postage stamp from the UK in them. A total of 15 different characters appear on the stamps.

Tech Inserts

Tech inserts are the other inserts found in the product. These might not be considered to be on quite the same level as the premium inserts, but they do fit in with Inflexions’ high-end theme.

In addition to the base set Mirror parallels, there are a couple of additional themes: 3-D Lenticular cards and Laser Cut cards.

2019 Rittenhouse Game of Thrones Inflexions has a production run on 400 cases. Each case has 20 boxes.
