  1. as a notoriously punk, 5'1, asthmatic white girl, i still do not know why i even attempted this on my sudden rampage to lose weight. however horrifying this was enlightening. not only the hardest workout i've attempted in a long time, but the only one in which i could find a use for my prop sword… really great for anyone who has the guts to try it.

  2. You've won Game of Thrones, another awesome themed workout. Agree with everyone about the Red Viper Kicks they were tough but had to modify or I might have smacked into one of the living room walls.

  3. Red. Viper. Kicks. You are insane! I'm going to have to do this video a bunch of times just so I can master that move. If a camera had been on me when I attempted this the other day the playback would have been HILARIOUS! I hope you're feeling better!!

  4. I love GoT!! Some of those moves were as crazy as the plot twists!  I would love to see a move inspired by Brienne of Tarth.  She is one of my favorites next to Daenerys.  That was so much fun but tough! Thanks Mill!

  6. Hi millhoy, I came across your channel few days ago and I'm so glad I did, your workouts are great! I have something to ask you, I've done insanity one time and now I'm on week 3 of insanity max 30. After one round of insanity I've lost some inches around my waist but my body weight didn't drop lol. However, I've always wanted to slim down my legs, cause I have thick legs but my upper body is actually quite slim. It's been so frustrating and I almost wanna give up cause my calves aren't even reducing in size:( I've seen ppl online said that if its muscles it won't go away, but I can't tell if my calves are mostly muscles or fat. Anyway, do u hv any tips on how to really slim my legs down and how to keep working out? Max30 is just 30 mins a day, is it not enough? Thanks a lot x

  7. I go through fazes with GoT. When its on I'm So into it but on the breaks I just lose that ump, I guess downloading Guild Wars 2 last night will help my fantasy side pump back up for GoT!

  9. the way you do those red viper kicks lol wow I tried em once and now my wall is scuffed and slightly dented lolol great workout though. Had a long day at work so I decided to kill it withe some millinaire workouts. PS I have never watched Game of Throne's but eveyone loves it
