I'm going to put this to rest already; you think Daenerys is actually going to win the throne? A storyline of which she constantly gets everything she needs to evade Westeros and where all her actions don't result in a consequence no matter how nonsensical or stupid they are while others are not as fortunate as her in a series where Martin consistently shatters all our expectations? Yeah get real, she's not winning in the end. Ramsay Snow put it best "if you think this has a happy ending you haven't been paying attention"

Yea but that's just an assumption you're making based on the name. I know its common sense but it still hasn't been proven in the book series and Martin might surprise us. What if the White Walkers have some magical abilities making them resistant to fire? We know that fire itself can't kill white walkers, it can kill the wights though. And how effective are the dragons in the cold winter beyond the wall? I'm not saying Daenerys can't beat the white walkers but we'll just have to wait and see.

We don't know yet if Dragons can be effective against the white walkers. George RR Martin hasn't revealed that as of yet. Moreoever Stannis's castle is based on Dragonstone filled with Dragonglass the only effective tool against the Others.

We still don't know who the Song of Ice and Fire is about. I just suspect it's the 3 dragon heads (Aegon, Dany, maybe Jon?) and Stannis/R'hllor devotees vs. White Walkers and their army.

I thought "A Song of Ice and Fire" meant Jon's Parents, Lyanna Stark (Ice) and Rhaegar Targaryen (Fire) That is my theory.

ummm Master Aemon said that Dragons do not have a gender(which doesnt explain how the reproduce) and with Aegon when I asked GRRM he told me to look up the Blackfyre rebellion, so Im guessing the real Aegon is dead and that this is just a fake pretending to be a Targaryen

Well you're going off the heretic Melisandre, Most of the red priests believe that Dany is Azor azhai (Prince that was promised). Part of the prophecy is that this person was born among salt and smoke, Stannis was raised on dragonstone not born there, yet Dany was born there (salt) and was reborn among the fires of Khal drogo's funeral pyre (Fire). But i think Jon Snow is the Song of Fire and Ice due to the theory of who his parents are. A Dragon (Rhaegar) and a wolf (Lyanna)

But it wont be dragon vs white walkers it will be stannis vs white walkers…. atleast thats my theory seeing as he seems to be this "Lord of lights" chosen and lord of light is Fire in a song of ice and fire?

i wonder if melisandre can handle a dragons fire, since lets face it stannis is way too dependent on her, and she is far too arrogant, if her dragons can kill white walkers. im sure an arrogant red witch will melt like a candle
