  1. The original Three Eyed Raven displayed far more emotions than Bran does now, which is so weird to me. Considering Bran's transformation is more recent I would think he would be closer to previous life. I find him stilted, distant, and kind of annoying.

  2. your theory makes since…. Bran did not transform into the three eye raven to sit around and predict what is going to happen next… Your theory would be great to watch….

  3. Just some feedback. You should consider changing the audio in your intro when the Lannister lion symbol comes up to Tywin saying "The Lion does not concern himself with the opinion of sheep". He says this very loud and forceful in the tent to Jamie during the war with Rob Stark. The sound quality of the current whispering audio when the lion symbol comes up is pretty bad. The lion/sheep line is used often by the Lannisters throughout the show and is very representative to how they view themselves to others

  4. Woah, you are heavily updating the way I think ASOIAF will conclude. Bran will probably need to go the Isle of Faces in the book and use the concentrated powerful of weirwood trees there to be a more powerful warg that the Night King. It may be too late to introduce the Isle Faces in the show in an unhurried manner, so Bran might do this last self destruct warg using the power and connections of the Winterfell Weirwood on the show instead.

  5. I think we are going to find out a lot of things that happened have been set in motion by Bran and the Night king, A big part of what the 3 eyed raven was trying to teach him is that terrible things will have to happen to stop the long night, Hodor was a lesson and example. I do think he'll have to warm into the dragon, but I think his biggest role will be getting everybody there.

  6. Very good points – the Whytes will likely be overcome only by Bran taking them over and running them into a huge fire somewhere. Likely with the help of Jon & Dany but, Jojen did say Bran was the only thing that mattered – so be it. Bran.

I was thinking that the Great Other must be animating every dead everything North of the Wall and perhaps, soon to be south of The Wall. And that's how the skeletons can animate. Although really skeletons shouldn't be able to animate since they have no muscles to move by. But the fact that the unscientific Dave and Dan has them animating is because they're thinking that skeletons are moving by power of The Great Other. It's scientifically fraudulent but that must be the reasoning.

I lieu of the Great Other, the series may just have The Night King animating them all. He turns to see Bran in the midst of his vision and then they all do. Something besides Melissandre raised Jon up well after she tried to. But what? He was near The Wall, where the other ice zombie rose up to get Jeorh. I think it's something else – but what if Jon were raised up by The Night King? Maybe that's why that promo-image circulated showing Jon as blue-eyed and zombie-looking. And at some key point he starts to fight the human host or something. That sounds like a twist those guys might come up with. And Dany is killed.

Then it's all up to the Warg Master Bran. As Jojen said – "You're the only thing that matters, Bran."
You can also see a long-lasting relationship developing between Meera and Bran – so she matters too.
Without her, Bran would be nowhere. And the others that helped.

  7. Liked the idea of "burn them all" being involved as i've heard theories that the mad king kept saying this as he was hearing voices in his head which could be Bran in a vision (Much like Hodor heard Bran). This could be when Bran realises what must be done to defeat the Night King and the mad king hears this during a vision. It's possible that destroying the tree's to eliminate the magic of the Night King is one side of defeating him, the other side being Azor Ahai (Jon) defeating the physical Night King but he can no longer live on in another host body as the magic has been defeated too.

  8. Grey, this was absolutely fantastic.
I'm totally convinced that the Night King is the Worg King. If it plays out this way and Bran does have to destroy all the magic in the trees then that would be very fitting for the bittersweet ending everyone keeps talking about.
I also believe bran will be the only one who can defeat him, it makes complete sense since they obviously have a connection.
I'll be honest, up until watching this video I was completely convinced by Nex @ gameoftheories that the Night King was Bran but nope. you just converted me!
time to go binge Targaryen week!

  9. i dont like the Bran is the Night King theory as this family has been through too much.Always liked Bran as a character and that ending wouldnt be bitter sweet but downright depressing.

  10. Nailed it! I've been saying this since Hardhome that the night king is actually a warg that time when the NK wanted a big hug. haha Great video.
I gotta ask though, is it through the wierwood net that he can do that long distance? I mean. Bran and meera and jojen got attacked at the tree, then make it inside but it wasn't until bran got touched by the night king that the night king knew where he was and went after him. But there were totally skeletons that chased them into the cave in the first place so why did the NK not go after them before?
