  1. About the Iron Bank: It is in Bravoos which is a free city in Essos, so it has no allegiance to anyone in the 7 Kingdoms, it just lends them money. The Iron Bank is the equivalent of the real World Italian banks in the city states of Italy which were financially involved in pretty much every major war in Europe in the late Middle Ages. Many of these banks were wealthier than most kings and had great political influence.

  2. Chained/bound or not, I think Brienne earned Jamie's respect during their little duel. Jamie's like a Klingon; he'll try to kill you at the slightest provocation, but if you acquit yourself well you'll earn his respect and never have a more loyal ally.

  3. *Kingsguard, guys, not 'night's guard' lol
It might be time for you guys to make a character chart to learn the names, after 23 episodes it's high time you knew the names of Jorah, Brienne, Davos, etc.

  4. Wht makes it sadder about Jamie is that he is in kings guard meaning he made a vow not to bear children, resigned himself as his fathers heir…and he was a known as a great swordsmen…thts why he always tried to get a rise out of Ned Stark. Ned was famous for taking down Ser Aurthur Dane greatest swordsmen ever lived but Jamie was trained by Ser Barestain the Bold the greatest swordsmen alive right now ( and iswth Danerys side now). Jamie always prided himself to be great swordsmen…even Breanne acknowledge tht whn they dwelled in the bridge before they got captured by the Boltons clan. So loosing his hand is his life.

  5. I can't believe you guys glided over the Pod scene. An ongoing joke starts now. Whenever Pod is on screen from here on out, watch the women in the background. Dude has a rep now.
