^Here is an interactive map of both Westeros and Essos, the two main continents. There is a button at the top right to change it from "chapters"(the books) to "Episodes"(the TV show). From there you can pick the most current episode you have seen and see the paths the characters have taken and get a sense of where everybody and everything is located (try to find the wall or Kings Landing). Its a fun tool and can be very helpful but make sure you don't set it past the last episode you watched or you may see spoilers.
