  1. I do hate the idea of Sam having to fight but he needs to protect his new little family. I think they could be in danger because little Sam was taken away from the white walkers. I believe he was supposed to be the 100th baby boy given from Craster, if that's relevant. On GoT most things are relevant.

  2. Tin foil hats on please. Ok, Arya and the hound spark a mission to kingslanding to kill Cersei and the mountain. Sam finds out and gives heartsbane to the hound on the condition after his mission is done he is return the sword. But Arya has something different in mind. When they both kill Cersei and the mountain, Arya convinces the hound that they both should take on the roll of Cersei and the mountain and run kingslanding while the war is going.

    To be continued:

  3. I think it would be fitting for sam to get trained up a bit at winterfell and learn enough to wield it himself and protect bran, gilly little sam and whoever else is inside if the w walkers get in. Wouldn't it be cool to see sam himself kill a few w walkers??? I think that would be epic.

  4. The Hound is more honorable and trustworthy than Jorah. And Sandor's redemption arc is much better than Jaime's. The Hound was never evil or dishonest like Jorah or Jaime. I think that Sandor has earned a valyrian steel sword more than Jorah; and the Hound is a much better fighter.

  5. You make some very good points and I think you are correct about Sam wielding Heart's Bane. One person he might trust enough to wield it if he does give it up, though, is Meera Reed. He has at least met her and knows she went with Bran. And it is possible Sam will meet with her again on his way North. If she decides to return to Winterfell with him I would not be surprised if he hands over his family's sword to someone with the skill and courage to use it.

  6. The Night-king will wield it, that could be the twist😜
On a more serious note, he might not 'cos the sword is long, he would prefer a dagger, maybe he might give it Jorah because his father saved Sam.
    Thanks Ray😊
