Game Of Thrones cast 'to be fed lines through ear pieces' to stop season 8 leaks

Game Of Thrones producers are so hell-bent on stopping leaks from season eight, even the cast won’t get scripts.

Instead, they’ll apparently be fed lines through ear pieces at the time of filming to prevent the likelihood of any leaks whatsoever.

Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, who plays Cersei’s brother and boyfriend Jaime, revealed even the cast won’t be trusted with the final storylines and will instead go into filming blind.

He said they’d be fed their dialogue line by line by ear pieces so that no spoil sports can ruin GOT fans’ fun.

Now it could be that Nikolaj is pulling our legs, but it seems reasonably plausible, given that season seven was plagued with leaks and spoilers.

It’s also backed up by the fact his fellow Game Of Thrones star, Liam Cunningham, told IGN that although he has read the season-eight scripts, they’re only accessible in digital form at the show’s Belfast HQ.

Perhaps it’s just Nikolaj everyone’s worried about.

It’s also been said that the producers are filming multiple endings so that even the cast won’t know the true ending to the show until it airs.

HBO programming president Casey Bloys said said in his Moravian College speech released and first reported by The Morning Call: ‘I know in Game of Thrones, the ending, they’re going to shoot multiple versions so that nobody really know what happens.

‘You have to do that on a long show. Because when you’re shooting something, people know. They’re going to shoot multiple versions so that there’s no real definitive answer until the end.’
