  1. This score is a joke. They’ve tried something new, succeeded and made something that blends fun, challenge and both single player and multiplayer options. It is a deep game in terms of mechanics and story, which surprised everyone I think! It is beautiful to look at and the audio is great. Also, they managed to make Rabbids funny! WHAT?! 😶 If you are debating wether or not to buy this game, do it. It is easily one of the best games on the platform. The funny thing is that I agree with everything Dan says, but in my head that equated to an 8.5. There is no justification of that score whatsoever 👎🏽 but reviews are subjective, so I’m sure there is reasoning behind the score. It may be interesting to explore these in the future though..

  2. This review is very accurate here's why:

    – Gameplay gets a bit tedious/repetitive ~halfway through World 3. Many enemies on screen and even fast forwarding takes a long time. Add the trial/error phase and battles get boring quick.
    – Also in World 3. Battles get very unpredictable (Ghosts, teleporting ghost rabbids) and then also spawning enemies during a battle where you don't know what type of enemy it will be.
Also as Dan mentioned in his review, you'll never know how enemies can flank you and it gets frustrating.
    – Puzzles are average/uninteresting. Bonus rooms can be hard to navigate.

  3. 7.7
for the billionth time, what is the point of the decimal point?
why not just give it the full 8? what could this game possibly lack to not receive the missing 0.3 points?? not the right text font?

what did this game not do to get a 7.6 and what would it need to have done to make a 7.8?
if this can't be explained then the score is useless and the number arbitrary.

IGN has no idea themselves, that much is clear. which just makes it even more pointless.

reviewers who give half decimal points just couldn't make up their minds. a 7? an 8? don't know. let's give it a 7.5
at least there's some logic to a 7.5 yet a clear score to get the point of the reviewer's opinion across is best served with rounded scores.

reviewers who give .2 .6 .8 decimal points are just being pretentious, look how smart and clever I am. it's an 8.3 no wait…8.6…yeeeeaaaahhh….
