The High Sparrow probably knows that Cersei will make the Mountain her champion, so he will try to stop that by publicly calling out the Mountain as a demon created by Qyburn, and will go after him.

The new target would be Ser Jamie Lannister.. He admitted to kill the Mad King, his cousin and cripple bran. Though he would escape, as he might have left for the siege of the river run..

Ramsey will do something messed up like let Jon and Sansa think they are getting Rickon back then ramsey will kill him in front them..maybe set the dogs on him?

my guesses on who the high sparrow will try to convert: Kevan Lannister or Mace Tyrell. both would be good strategic targets..especially Mace…since that may help the high sparrow avoid the wrath of granny satin tyrell

I guess the new target for the High sparrow might be Kevan Lannister. As Hand of the King he has some power AND he wants his son Lancel back

Ramsay has probably just flayed some random people from Winterfell to burn as a way of trying to put fear in the opposing army.  There are about 7 crosses, so where has he got 7 hostages from to burn?  Vlad the impaler once impaled thousands of his own people to scare the shit out of an invading army, and given GRRM's knowledge of European history this could be what Ramsay does(in his own small way).
