Thor: Ragnarok is a huge hit with critics and audiences and sends its titular hero off on a bold new adventure that boasts long-time ramifications for him, his friends, and for Asgard. It also sets up a new three-film trilogy arc for the Hulk, who plays a major role alongside our title hero. What if sid was off somewhere away from Asgard for the whole movie and then when she returned she returned she saw Asgard and somehow got the guardians of the galaxy and that’s why they were there when Thor slammed into their ship in the leaked infinity war tralier

Hulk is here to stay, but not for a long time. Hulk always ended up isolated from Earth and human civilization in the comics. This will be true in the MCU too. I think he will return to space after Infinity War, with Valkyrie ofc.
Sif is on a mission, or a vacation. Thor left Asgard multiple times, same goes for Loki and Valkyrie. Why the hell other characters can't do that? Nobody really cares what she does somewhere. We only care if she is close to Thor.
Loki will never turn good or evil. Loki is a typical chaotic neutral. He only cares about what benefits him. In this case he didn't helped Thor cos he wanted to save Asgard. He helped Thor cos he failed to betray Thor during their escape, so he had no choice but to join the other slaveee… I mean, prisoners with job. And what would benefit him more? Leading the prisoner army to Asgard, play the savior and regain the trust of his people once again, so he can play king. That doesn't work cos Thor clearly outmatched him in heroism, so he decided to aid him. He will betray Thor again, when Thanos comes to save his own skin. Than he will turn on Thanos when the Avengers take the upper hand in Infinity wars.
The new Asgard will be in Norway. That's probably the most likely result. Odin found peace in Norway, that is a clear sign. He even brought them there. Just to tell them he is dying and Asgard is not a place but the people. It's Norway.

No. Surtur is not dead. He probably is more alive than ever before. He is beyond the limitations of a mortal body, so existing in space is not a problem. Even Thor can do that.
Definitely yes. Thats not even a question. The "how" can be a question, but again, the most likely answer is, Dr. Strange will revert it back in time. We seen he can turn back time with the Eye on specific objects, like the apple.

The answer to "Is Surtur dead?" has already been answered in the beginning of the movie did you even watch it? Surtur said: "I can not die not until i fullfil my destiny"
