The members of the Stark family have spent most of the series apart, but over the past season-and-a-half, the show has been getting the band back together. First, Jon reunited with Sansa at Castle Black in season 6. Then, last week, Bran and Sansa met back up. Now, we have another excuse to break out the tissues. Read on.
Tonight, Arya Stark finally made it home to Winterfell and reunited with her family, although not without some difficulty. First, in a callback to the first season, she was stopped at the front gate by guards who didn’t believe she was her. But that was soon sorted out, and the two Stark sisters reunited in the crypts beneath the castle.

And that wasn’t all. Sansa showed Arya to the godswood, where she caught back up with Bran Stark, the new Three-Eyed Raven.

Neither of these meetings were quite as joyous as the one between Jon and Sansa last year, but then again, you can’t expect everything these kids to just pick up where they left off after all they’ve been through. We’ll be curious to see how they forge new relationship going forward.
