I'm late to the party here but I'm just re-watching all the seasons with my girlfriend and been checking these out after each episode. Fantastic btw. Anyway, concerning Jamie, I honestly don't really think they intended on portraying him as a rapist in that scene with Cercese. I think they just sort of meant it as "rough sex" which she eventually goes along with. Okay, a little rapey maybe, but I don't know about mentioning it 15 times rapey. Anywho, keep up the good work.

I just don't get calling Jaime a rapist. I watched the scene in question a dozen times and it just doesn't come across as rape. She told him to fuck off a few times but not because she didn't want him, and afterward we never hear anything else about it. She doesn't seem upset with him. They were both mourning the death of their son and she simply didn't want to do it in front of his corpse, but she still definitely wanted him. Of course, even if it was rape, the fucking bitch deserves it. She should be raped repeatedly by every piece of shit asshole in Westeros. Fuck that stupid cunt. And if you EVER, feel sorry for her character, then you're probably a stupid cunt too. So fuck you. I bet you're a really shitty person in real life.
