Benj was obviously tracking the army of the dead lmao
If you back to the 5th episode and watch Bran's scene where he spies on the Night King's army, look when he spots the Night King and his lieutenants. Where are they standing? Why are they waiting there? Coincidence, I think not.
This was actually the first time I started feeling Dany and Jon's romance, and I too liked the acting. I think Dany reads stiff when the actress is acting like Dany is acting. When Dany the character is trying to be strong and seem like a ruler, she comes off kind of wooden. But that's not necessarily a reflection of the actress's acting ability, if that makes sense? Basically, when Dany comes off stiff, I blame the writing and the direction. Whereas in this scene, the actress was allowed to emote and show Dany in a sincere moment, which worked for me.
this conflict in the north better result in someone's death, or else it would be for nothing.
I hope there is a big pay of to Bran this next week, because for someone that knows a lot, looks like he doesnt care for sharing… so I hope that at the end of this season we have at least one more vision from him, to fill the plot gaps
all that happened in the north of all makes sense if you consider this is a fantasy, I don't know why people are all in rage because of the chains stuff, I would be more worried about for how long Gendry ran, and how well trained are those crows
those are my hopes for next episode:
* Arya will kill Little finger
* The mountain and the hound will fight. we know that the Hound will wield his sword because of the season trailer, so I hope that its against the mountain
* Since the episode's name is the dragon and the wolf, something will happen between them, maybe Dany will die as mentioned, since the title can either relate to both or to just jon, but some say that Dany has yet a role to play in the war to come (melissandre) meaning that she would be the one Jon will temper the sword named Dawn and become Azor ahai (maybe)
* Bran will have a vision scene that will explain another plot point
thats what I think
theory guys, was it just me who felt like arya was out of character at points. What if littlefinger is a faceless man and actually is using aryas face to play the sisters off against eachother.
Absolutely love your podcast, so informative and in no way one sided. Thanks.
4 or 5 hour trip???? are you kidding me. It took 7 months for them to walk down to kings landing in the first season, i would say its a longer trip for a start it would still take a raven at least a few days. this is why its an issue.
Oh man. You really think you are original or insightful for hating so much on the show? All of you have no idea what is good TV and what isn´t. You just hate on whatever, let´s take Jon &Dany, because that is the popular thing to not like and be opposed to. They do have crazy chemistry, and everyone that uses their own brain can see that. I mean Jesus Christ, just destroy it for you and your viewers, I stumbled upon your channel today, and can´t believe what a bunch of morons you are.
Next episode is going to be epic and I already know that you will just say: omg D&D cannot write, so bad bla bla.
I challenge you to write a script for next season and we have a look who did it better, you or D&D.
Hateful goodbye
The night king moves so slowly because he is the embodiment of death and death can afford to be patient because it will always catch up with us all.
Jorah had two obsidian daggers.
You guys should re-watch the scene with Jon and Dany. I did. Kit gave a lot away. His look of disappointment after Dany says the dragons are the only children she'll ever have. The breathless look he gave when she grasped his hand the second time they held hands. The way he clenched his eyes shut once she took her hand away and suggested he get some sleep. The big inhale of air he takes after she leaves the room. He was so obviously crushed from the rejection. Everything between them is subtle. Jon feels utterly unworthy of everything, all the time. Dany feels she's unworthy since she can't bear children (as far as she knows).
I don't know about everyone else, but not every person emotes wildly. I can relate to Jon a lot. One of my exes got mad at me for "not being excited enough" when he called me, hahaha. Not everyone is over the top with their emotions, expressions, etc. And this is one of the reasons I could relate to Jon, you know, as a fellow monotonous depressed person.
Weirwood arrows with Dragon Glass will kill the Wight Dragon.
arya didn't see sansa's reaction joran had her held against him
imo, jon and dany get busy before they find out, jon finds out about the bloodline and says no to dany but then they figure out she's pregnant & have to marry for the child
they all had , tomunds axe, jorah's knifes, the knife the hound pulled after the hammer, all dragonglass weapons
I had to really try to turn my brain off during this one. It looked great but the lapses in logic and plot holes brought it down for me. The banter was good tho.
Did you guys notice that when jon gets up from the water the eyes on longclaw open
