Just for some clarification, I only included the kills that Rick had direct involvement with. He was involved with teleporting the citadel of Ricks, but most of the people that died there killed each other out of chaos, so that was a bit more indirect. I also didn't want to leave this count to estimation because he was responsible for the deaths of a couple universes and planets. One death I did miss was the World Ender in episode 304 and there are also a few other ones as well.
