Maybe Arya used the silver she took from the Hound to send a maester and a man with a donkey cart to save the Hound.

I freaking hated this scene. The Hound is awesome and deserved better than that shit. But we know the real reason Arya left him, or at least part of it, thanks to season six 🙂
