I don't think the wall came down yet. Bran went to the past to see the wedding, then went to the future to see the wall torn down. He's working on his ability to control where he goes in time through his visions. It shows ravens at the beginning of that scene but no evidence that he was warging. It's just assumed because you don't see Bran standing anywhere watching. If he was visiting a future time then he may still yet have time to tell everyone to stay off the wall before it collapses. I don't recall any of those people being assigned to watch the wall since they're just getting back from capturing a walker. Seems too early to kill off those important actors.
