I think he’s the last hero
What if the last hero… the one who ended the long night was actually the night king… so the story says the last hero and his twelve companions went in search of the children during the long night… all his companions died during the quest but he managed to find the children and put an end to the long night… they don’t mention who the last hero is, but what if it was Bran the builder… who then went on to build the wall and create the nights watch… in memory of his twelve companions he named himself the 13th lord commander instead of the 1st… and then as you said he falls in love with an other and starts the blood sacrifices… but now his brother ( or son), the stark at winter fell and the king beyond the wall come defeat him… and because they can’t have one of their greatest heroes name tarnished they destroy all records of the 13 th lord commander making it impossible to tell who he was
OUTSTANDING theoretical analysis! 💕💕💕 Any thoughts on who the Night Queen was? The NK seems to want revenge and to annihilate man because he lost his queen and authority. 😏 If this is the case, he is simply playing the “game” just like everyone else.
I think he is a Stark and probably was the 13th night commander
Love these videos and the attention you pay to detail
What I want to know is how did the white walkers fish Visyrion out if they cannot swim? Does anyone have a theory or any idea? Thanks!
There is a passage in the history and lore videos featuring Tormund talking about winter, He describes how the wildlings view the winter/cold/desolate/ etc. as a woman. So i don't think there was ever a real woman that the 13th commander fell in love with but that he fell in love with winter its self the cold desolate wasteland the land beyond the wall. What do you think about that?
Excellent video Grey and good catch to whoever caught that. If the identity of the Night King has been hiding in plain sight all this time, wouldn't that be a kick in the teeth? How much time and brain power have we all put into this puzzle? Whatever the case, I hope they are able to give us an interesting backstory and not just a 3 second flashback to explain it. I'd like to see it well explained…but this is D and D, and they are rushing us full throttle to the end, so…who knows what will play out. Hope it's a satisfactory explanation.
Gray, you made my day…..something to muse over ❤️ Really great information and you brought it down and pieced it together in an amazing way! Thanks, Sweet Summer Mama!!
I think you do an excellent job! So many theories are so far reaching and I hate when people report on plot leaks!!! I like the element of surprise, not to mention how disrespectful it is to HBO and GRRM. I always say I know more about the history of Westeros than I do about American history. I learn a lot from you, keep up the good work!!
Ok, I think it all boils down to motive of these creatures, and clues to that in GRRMs books are obscure at this point. Since we already know D&D are almost as confused as we are from Sams iconic line in the last episode in season 7 when Bran tells Sam he is now the 3 eyed Raven, and Sam replies "I'm not sure what that means " is the show runners way of telling the audience they don't either. Most of the show at this point is now a fictional depiction of GRRMs fiction, that has not been divulged to us yet, and we are not sure how much he explained to the show producers.other than some end point. All I know from what I've seen so far is the Children of the forest created them to aid in the battle against their human foes by changing some human into this blue dude that raises the dead to kill Humans and turn them into wights and seem to have no other purpose, then were one time defeated, then driven north and they built a big wall to keep them out and just forgot about them, but here they are again to do what exactly ? I hope we find out next season other than they get defeated again in some great CGI battle and thats that.
Hello (=
I think Bran is 100% the knight king. Old man was being literal when she said he was a stark and he slept in this bed. Jon his brother and the wildlings will kill him and end it. He went back in time warged the man that became the right king and all the stories they tell now are from Bran Trying to tell what would happen if they did it. They have all been passed down and confused. Bran built the wall and winterfell himself as a a white walker. Bran is the boy with no fear. The knights king story could easily be how bran fell off the wall mixed up. Jamie was giving cersie an ice queen his seed and his soul. I 100% think Bran is the knights king the badge could be a raven… leaf said protect themselves from you.. All the stories from history were told by bran to help years ago when he was turned.. He has been waiting for himself to be born probably so he can kill himself and needs an army to do it.
Thank you for your dedication. You are a goddess! I swear it, by the old gods and the new!
Maybe the NQ is what Bran saw in his vision, that's in the heart of winter, that made him cry
I don't even wait till the video fully loads I just press the like button because I know you will never disappoint!!!
Bran is not me and I am not Bran. Go deeper but not to deep it is all right there!
So could Jon parallel the Nights King and Dany parallel the woman he fell in love with, and Bran as the brother would have to kill Jon.
Didnt GRR say that they are different people?
Its bran stark jon kills him 2 end the long night
I always assumed that the timeline that we're given was false information, like so many other things in ice and fire, it always seemed like there was a previous older long night. I'm under the belief that the five forts was some sort of older wall.
Agreed, Nights King is not Bran, never thought it was Bran. But Bran could worg into him.
Sam went all the way to the Citadel to read about the White Walkers but the Stark library, which probably had just as much resources about The Long Night, was burned by the Catspaw assassin as a diversion. Interesting how no one has thought to go back through the wreckage to see what remains.
How is a White Walker created anyway… The Children made the 1st one, how about the others.. do they breed . do they come in the female variety. Well there are not 13 now as John Snow has killed a couple already. !
The moon and stars thing and lack of a white walker queen leads me to believe Danny will have to sacrifice herself as his new wife.
