Well, technically Daenerys was supposed to marry Rhaegar before Viserys.
In book 1 Viserys blamed Dany for not being born sooner and further blamed her for her the down fall it caused her family.

i would enjoy seeing a targaryen wedding.

Yeah we got Prince Charming marrying Princess Peach hurray for the shippers. Please Martin finish the books I can't keep watching this horrid show and I need a form of AGOT fix.

I believe that with all the drama happening in the North and the looming threat of the Night King and the Great war, we may not get to see Jon and Dany get intimate anymore anyway. They simply will not have time for it. But I dont think their feelings for each other will change. Yes, the realization that they are related will make things somehow awkward in the beginning, I dont think Jon will have a change of heart about Dany. He's seen what a courageous and honourable woman she is. He's completely smitten by her and admires her kindness and strength. That would be enough to make him overlook the whole incest thing. Their marriage will not be based solely on love, but also a sense of duty – not just as parents but even more importantly as allies – to band the Northern Houses and House Targaryen together.
