Game of Thrones Podcast Episode 14 has been split into two parts. One for people who enjoy the leaks and one for people who don't like leaks but want more season 7 fixing. I like the Bran Idea but it doesn't explain why the White Walkers/Bran invaded Westeros thousands of years ago. Or why the 3EC and COtF wanted him to come to the Tree in the first place if they can see the past as well and would know it was Bran.

On the Valyrian steel reveal: I've been saying for a long time that Valyrian steel is probably not magical. Because we have a real-life historical equivalent in Damascus steel. Its production remained largely a mystery, but was revealed to be just a particular type of crucible steel. Moreover, the fact that non-magical dragonglass and Valyrian steel have the same property when it comes to killing White Walkers means that the relevant property of Valyrian steel isn't magical, it's physical (ie – it uses dragonglass in it's production, which gives it the WW killing property).
Hey what if they can't temper the new valyrian steel,and the one sword they do make, ends up being light bringer. He has to kill Dany…

Merry Christmas guys. I have an idea of how the books will end. The A Dream of Spring Epilogue. A young Maester centuries later discovers an account called The Song of Ice and Fire by Maester Samwell. It is a detailed account of the story but the young Maester dismisses it because it contradicts official history.

This is the biggest fanfic shitfest I have ever heard. Jon going all Jesus and sacrificing himself to save the world, Euron becoming God Emperor of the Universe and somehow surviving, Cleganebowl, Tyrion becoming president and marrying Sansa. Sounds like D&D writing to me…
