This is a compilation of short bits of my favorite dialogue scenes’. I truly do believe this is what separates GOT from all the other crap on TV.

  1. Couldn't agree more, as you watch episode after episode the wars and battles get old, but it's the conversations whether it's one character roasting the other, or arguing with one another, the words and conversations never get old. Nice video man keep it up.

  2. Absolutely true, the writing on this series has been a level above anything I've ever run across. I'm a lifelong Tolkien fan, but Martin has taken 'historical' fiction to a completely new level, both in his books and working with the writers on this series. On a Weekly basis, I get to share graphic violence, soft core porn and exquisite dialogue with my 89 year old Mother, who, like me, has always been a fan of Medieval fiction. I've probably read every book that Martin has used as inspiration, and get all his 'inside' jokes and references. 😉

  3. I agree with your title. Which is why the last season was so disappointing. The Hound used to have a strong wit (tavern scene for example) yet he was reduced to a "fuck off" machine. Everyone seemed to have dropped 100 IQ points. They need George RR's input on the last season.

  4. Perhaps the entire show with end with the revealing of Tyrion's punchline to "I once brought a jackass and a honeycomb into a brothel…" For that reason alone, he has to survive 😂😂😂

  5. realistic world (with punishment), great and logical character-driven (rather than plot-driven) events and great POV documenting/cinematography as well as amazing dialogue

  6. I always enjoy that scene where Littlefinger says to Cercei that he knows about her bastards..KNOWLEDGE IS POWER..Cerceis bothered face is priceless in this scene..I miss him and his sharp/wicked mind…GREAT VIDEO BRO..I WISH YOU HAPPY NEW YEAR.

  7. That's true. Strong word choice and artistry as well as tongues sharp as daggers in the dialogue. Too many series are too light and simple. Game of Thrones as well as the books it derived from is strong and honest.
