  1. It's hard to deal with Littlefinger.
He saved Jon Snow and the Free Folk.
If it wasn't for him, Tyrion wouldn't be judged, Tywin would be alive, and Daenerys and Tyrion wouldn't be allies. Maybe Varys could convince him to help Daenerys.
If it wasn't for him, Lord Arryn would be alive, and Ned Stark, as friend of Robert Baratheon, would fight against Daenerys.
Lord Royce is a bit angry about the allegiance between Jon and Daenerys, but I don't think he likes Littlefinger. If Littlefinger dies, paying for his crimes it will be good for both Jon and Lord Royce.
Littlefinger probably wants to take advantage of all these chaos, he can kill who he wants and blame the White Walkers, married with Sansa, he will be the King in the North. Cersei will be already defeated, Daenerys will be fighting the White Walkers with her dragons. He will take advantage of all of it, it won't happen if he dies.
Another problem is that Bran Stark is in danger, without Jon to protect him.

  2. Petyr's plan doesn't make any sense,it's completely out of character!….
It would have been more Baelish's style to arrange a marriage between Sansa and Robyn Arrin in order to let her have the power over the territory of the Vale(only to then kill Robyn in order to marry Sansa). Blackmailing Sansa and forcing into marry her doesn't make any sense….I think he would manipulate her(without realizing that she's manipulating him as well) to marry Robyn and only after getting rid of Robyn himself, he would proceed into marrying Sansa.
