Game of Thrones season 8 is all set to go on air in mid-April 2019 and fans are definitely due for a full-blown trailer, and now, reports suggest that the first official trailer for the most awaited series may arrive this weekend. As per reports, HBO can repeat the Super Bowl strategy that they had used last year. So far we have seen just a few seconds of the new footage which was released a day back. And the news of a proper trailer to air during Sunday’s big game has made many fans super excited.

Inverse.com reports that HBO has a long history of dropping huge trailers during mega-events. In 2018, they dropped Westworld Season 2 trailer during the game. Also, last year, we got a trailer for Avengers: Infinity War. There is no official confirmation that HBO will release the trailer during the Super Bowl. But there were reports that Disney has already booked their ad slots and Sony and Warner Bros. are skipping to air any teaser or trailers.

Talking about the Super Bowl, the same will air on CBS on Sunday, February 3. Many speculations over what movie trailers we could see during the game are doing rounds. Some reports suggest that we will get to see footages of following movies Avengers: Endgame, Captain Marvel, Lucasfilm, Toy Story 4 and Stranger Things 3 among others.
