As a Game Of Thrones fan who has work early on a Monday morning, you have to be ducking and diving around social media if you’re even with a shot at missing spoilers.
With the show airing in the UK at 2am on Sunday, and then again at 9pm on Monday, that’s a lot of time for you to ignore your phone or hope your friends are nice enough not to ruin it for you.
And then in comes HBO with spoilers a plenty and drops one of the biggest moments of the show’s entire history on an Instagram post you couldn’t misinterpret if you tried.
It’s one hell of a spoiler so you’re being warned now to look away.
***WARNING: Spoiler Alert! Spoiler Alert!***
OK, you good? Good. Because HBO have felt the wrath of fans who weren’t prepared to discover that Arya killed the Night King.
Posting photos of our heroine being held by the throat after making a surprise last-minute attack on the undead warrior, HBO declared today ‘Arya Day’ to celebrate her victory.
The two photos clearly show Arya holding onto a knife and going in for the kill – so it’s hardly going to end up in a positive way for that guy, is there?
‘Spoiler amk, in europe we still have to wait a few hours,’ one viewer angrily wrote, while another declared the moment: ‘The king channel of the spoiler!’
..They’ve got a point you guys.
What’s more is that now that the first screening of the show aired in the US/2am UK last night, the actors are getting in on the spoiler action too.
Emilia Clarke, who plays Daenerys Targaryen, posted a photo with Ser Jorah himself, Iain Glen, from behind-the-scenes, declared him to be ‘simply the best’ while posting lyrics from the song.
Which is pretty nice, before you realise he died protecting her in the Battle Of Winterfell.
Sophie Turner also paid tribute to the death of Theon Greyjoy in another Instagram post to her friend and (now ex) co-star, Alfie Allen.
Honestly, you guys, give it 24 hours!
At least we know Ghost is safe thanks to the next episode trailer.
Three episodes in to the final season and the show is NOT slowing down – with the new trailer seeing a fleet of ships heading over to King’s Landing.
Could Cersei be in trouble?
Game Of Thrones airs Sundays and Mondays on HBO and Sky Atlantic.
