Considering everything she has done so far and Jaime basically going along with it, she would have to do something really fucked up in order to make him mad enough to want to kill her. I mean strangling someone is like a heat of the passion type murder, which makes me believe that she will either kill a major character that he really cares about (the only ones I can think of are Brienne of Tarth and possibly Tyrion)
