Game of Thrones news seems to be back in trending these days, after a star of the show, Kristofer Hivju (Tormund), recently confirmed that the show filmed an alternate ending. Now, another star of the show, Dean Charles Chapman, has said that the alternate ending should be released. Read on!
In a recent interview, Hivju revealed that they filmed an alternate ending that the fans are never going to see. TMZ recently caught up with Dean Charles Chapman, who played the role of Tommen Baratheon on the show, and asked him whether the alternate ending should be released to the fans, to which he replied positively, with a smile. Check out the video:
Dean also noted that now that HBO is making the prequels they should go ahead and release the alternate ending, and that it would be interesting to see the fans reaction to it.
Now, we know that Deanâs character was killed off at the end of Season 6 of Thrones, but the smile he gave as soon as he was asked about the alternate ending only shows that he knows about the existence of it, and perhaps maybe even how it went. HBOâs parent company Warner Brothers already has a movement on its hands with the DC fans asking it to release the âSnyder Cutâ for Justice League, and it seems like they might soon have another with the Game of Thrones alternate ending.
