Scots Game of Thrones actor Kate Dickie is putting up posters of inspirational poetry around Glasgow in a bid to support those who may be struggling.
The 48-year-old took to social media to share the message with her legion of followers.
She shared images of some of the poems from G.M Elinor and wrote: “I’m sticking up some @gm_elinor love around Glasgow.
“Keep an eye out.”
G.M Elinor writes uplifting poetry that with messages of hope for anyone overcoming struggles big or small.
They describe their collection as one that’s, ‘about life, love, and holding your damn s**t together’.
One of the touching verses read: “You’re not there yet, love.
“But you’re here.
“And isn’t that something?
“Isn’t that something worth fighting for?”
Kate’s post has been hailed by some of her online followers.
One fan commented: “What a nice idea.”
Another added: “Love these Kate.”
A third posted: “Beautiful.”
East Kilbride-born Kate’s gesture comes just days after TV star Caroline Flack tragically took her own life.

Kate starred in in hit HBO series, Game of Thrones as Lysa Arryn in 2011 and 2014.
She also appeared in Star Wars: The last Jedi in 2017.
Away from the glamour of Hollywood, Kate is a patron of theatre company Solar Bear, which is renowned for its work with deaf people.
