I ship them because they love each other but once the reveal happens there will be issues between them but once she becomes pregnant i would be surprised if they don't get married
R+L DOES NOT EQUAL J IN THE BOOKS!! JOHN IS NED'S SON. SMH.
Dudes I just love game of thrones because it just keeps gets better and better. Every series is just ace. Characters are so amazing as well! So up for next season
I'm pretty sure she bended the knee 😉😉😉
Disagree that Dany was raised expecting a throne. Her brother was, and he treated her like trash. But for the incest, I think she and Jon make a fine match. And since he doesn't seem to want any throne, no need for her to bend the knee, he won't want that imho.
k
I wouldn't be surprised if Sam stops Bran from telling Jon. Especially if they see Jon and Dany together. At least at the beginning of season 8.
they confirmed this ages ago
Isn't it R+L=A?….
Technically when he joined the watch he gave up his claim but since he died and was rezzed does he get his claim back
Its getting to obvious…without the big man George R. R. Martin to mix it up…its becoming to obvious..
I find it disturbing the amount if people who don't have a problem with Jon and Dany being aunt and nephew. Justifying it by saying that its just how Targaryans have always done things. Or its not as bad as Jaime and Cersei. Yes…. Yes it really is. Part of, if not the major, reason some of them are pants shittingly insane is because of all the inbreeding. Remember that when this all goes badly for these 2 characters.
What happened to this show, its becoming so bad
N + A = J thou ;P
these 2 are really annoying i hope they get aids especially the girl
I see a problem with Jon Snow's claim to the throne. Even though the marriage of his parents' is recorded in the maester's diary, there is no way for Bran to prove Jon is their son. All Bran has is his visions. Even if the maester was there during Jon's birth and that he witnessed and wrote in his diary that Ned Stark took the baby away, the rest of Westeros has to take his word that that baby is Rhaegar's.
This is a fantasy story and it just so happens that in this fantasy their family has enchanted blood and the incest is part of their culture, they will struggle with it at first but I think eventually their feelings for each other will be too strong to allow it to tear them apart. This is GOT in the end it's not going to matter to the characters. Especially if Dany is pregnant. He will marry her regardless to keep his child from becoming a bastard.
John has never wanted to rule though I think he would willingly step down to give her the iron throne.
Incest was normal back then so it doesn't bother me from the story perspective
This proves that incest is wincest. So stop judging me and my first cousin. 💏💏💏
"Roberts Rebellion was based on a lie" Well that's not entirely true though is it? Lyanna WAS married to Robert Baratheon wasn't she? So Rhaegar running off with her regardless if she loved him would still be a valid reason to go to war. Plus Neds Father and Brother being killed were another big reason for the rebellion.
So Danny is johns aunt?
A lot of people in these comments need to bend the knee to the queen of spelling
Ending of Season 8.
Sansa becomes Queen Protector for the son of Dany and Jon who will grow up to be the King of Westeros. This son is both Dragon and Wolf. Arya leads the Kingsguard and Bran becomes Hand of the King. Ned Stark's children come to support the true king just as Ned tried to in Season 1. All the Lannisters die (yes, Tyrion dies 🙁 ), all the Targaryens die (Jon dies killing the Ice King, Dany dies in childbrith, two of Dany's dragons die killing each other but Drogon survives and flys away to the ruins of Valyria to live and the Dothraki Sea to hunt) and the last Baratheon dies (Gendry dies in battle).
All of Ned's surviving children get to live out their lives in relative peace and in positions to bring positive change in Westeros. George R R Martin's antiwar beliefs mean only a certain type of person is worthy to rule in the end. And those with the least responsibility for warmaking – innocent children as the start of the series – will come to be the leaders eventually. All three surviving children of Ned and Catlyn Stark meet these requirements the best of all the major characters. They were foremost victims of war and not makers of war.
Bran is the enemy, the three eyed raven is the reason for so much war in the game of thrones, he wants them to know Jon is the heir so they would be against one another.
There is no conflict here…Jon doesn't want to rule, and even if he did, how would this cause issues with Dany? They'll most likely get married, and she'll end up being Queen anyway.
Jon will die saving the world, and Dany will rule, while raising their son, and heir, Eddard Targaryen.
Agreed with other posters- Jon sacrifices himself to save Westeros. Dany gets pregnant.
Episode should be called "The Dragon and the Dragon"
is funny how he nods while she's talkin and he looks the whole time at telepromter or something back there
Question: If Jon is a Targaryen, then can he too survive through great fire like Dana?
Then would that mean he gets a dragon?
What do you mean theory? It was confirmed last season…
the only things that i liked about this season and was suprisengly awesome jaime leaving his sister and theon standing up i believe those are the best written characters this season and theon becoming so badass next season
It means they will pander to tumblr fan fiction.
Why is this host SO annoying!!!
So much incest
Well Dany's Mother and Father were also Brother and Sister. I don't think she will have any issues marrying her nephew.
I'm not sure Dany and Jon would want to maintain the social order of the King having ultimate authority. Perhaps they will change it to a dual/equal authority between the King and Queen. Dany wants to break the Wheel after all. If Jon gives her a child I don't see her putting up as much of a fight towards sharing power.
Actually I'm disappointed at the finale, got lost it's charm of killing its main characters and the show became more predictable like other shows….
His whole character is based around the fact that he's an outcast who manages to rise to every ocassion on his merits alone, so this reveal means they have two options: either they just ruined Jon's character arc by making him the chosen one who's secretly a prince with a lightsaber and probably a dragon, or they kill him before he can actually do anything about it. The latter would make sense in the story the show GoT used to be. In the tropey fanfic that it is now? the former is probably the one they'll go with.

So what was the too long didn't watch?
Predictably dosent mean bad.
