  1. John snow, daenerys (<—sorry, I listen to audio books and the show I have no idea how to spell her name but I remember Dae and a y next to the s) and Sansa All seem safe to me. I'm not caught up in the books or show but I think John snow "died" already…but he'll just be not dead like a few other of his presumed to be dead relatives have already done.

Sansa of the three is the most likely to die but I'm pretty sure the whole fire and ice thing refers to the mother of dragons and the "bastard" of winterfell.

at least one of the two versions will end with those two on the iron throne. I legitimately have no doubts about it.

  2. A good way to have tested the algorithm was to break up the prediction to parts of the known story.

Like, just input data from half the written story and see if it accurately predicts the deaths that follow…

Then input data from 3/4 of the book and repeat…

    then the full written story.

  3. Why do you bring up the point that the computer predicted Jon has a high chance to live as a negative?

If a character is brought back from the dead, the chances of them dieing again are slim. It is rather standard in fiction as the suspense is lowered post near death.

Jon dieing early and coming back gives him pretty good odds as the shock value was already used once.

  4. We did see Stannis get a sword to the head by Brienne of Tarth before the camera cut away (in season 6), so I'm pretty sure he is 100% dead already. But he is alive in the books.
