These complainers sound like helpless drug addicts. I think that until you know how to create stories of such a high calibre yourself, the greedy and impatient consumers have no right to complain about how slow the farmer is being to create crops as special as GoT. Chances are that if they did know how, they wouldn't be complaining because they'd understand how extraordinarily difficult it is.
