The people I'd be most concerned about are John & Danni.
I think Bran stepped back through time, and became Bran the Builder. That worked, so he tried to talk to The Mad King. That didn't work, that's what drove him mad. So then he stepped way back and tried to prevent the making of the Night's King. Instead, he warged into the man and then got stabbed with the dragon-glass, and then found he was trapped in that body… So for nine thousand years or something, he's been waiting for the Prince Who Was Promised and Light-Bringer so he can at least end it.
I think Azor Ahai is our bald unic, Varys. I think Light-Bringer already exists, it's the family blade of House Tarly. It's Heart's Bane. And Sam Tary stole it from his father…
I think the full magical power of Light Bringer will be restored when it it "quenched" in the heart of a woman everybody loves, same as Nissa-Nissa. I think that woman (this time around) will be Daenerys Targarean.
I think Danni will fall pregnant to John, and she will go into labor early, then have a breach birth – same as Teryon Lanister's mother, same as John Snow's mother… She will beg those present to cut her open and save the baby, which they agree to do, then (knowing she's dying) she asks them to end it. None of the 50+ brave men at Dragon Stone has the balls to do that. The only one who does, is the man who had his balls cut off when he was 12 years old – Varys. He will borrow Heart's Bane from Sam Tarly and stab Danni through the heart with it. That turns Heart's Bane back into Light Bringer, and makes Varys into Azor Ahai. Whether any of that will be evident to those present, is another matter entirely…. Maybe the sword will glow like a light-sabre or something, but maybe it won't…
I think killing the Night's King (Bran) is going to break a major piece of magic, created by the Children of the Forrest, to try and wipe out men, and the little ice-age which lasts a century and comes every five or six hundred years, that's going to stop. I think dire wolves and dragons and weir-wood trees and most of the other magic in that realm, is going to stop, gods that can bring back the dead…. All that magic hangs on a piece of dragon-glass stuck in the chest of the Night's King. He can't take it out, the spell prevents it.
It puts a bitter-sweet twist in the tail of the story. All the "heroes" get killed off. The person you though was going to be the good guy, the little cripple boy who caught Jamie & Cerci having sex, he's going to be the ultimate villain, and the one set up to be a creep, with a bald head and no balls, who has spent his life running spies and telling lies and peeping through key-holes, he's going to be the Prince Who Was Promised, and save mankind. Now that's a twist…
