if stanis had his army well maintained ..this would have been An easy victory..he did what a good leader must do despite knowing he will loose he lead them instead of running..

Episode 4 season 7battle is amazing

honeslty i think battle of blackwater was better, mostly because the characters in it where more complex and it wasn't a black/white good/evil battle like battle of the bastards

Every battle stannis was involved in, he lost. Serves him right, that fucking shit eater. I only wish he had suffered more before dying

There hasn't been a battle where you don't really know who you want to win since the blackwater, and that, for me the first time makes it most engaging. There's a brief part similar between Jon and Ygritte, but apart from that the rest of the major battles have a clear 'bad guy'. I'm excited to see whats to come in Seasons 7 and 8. (The Battle of the Bastards though, what a fucking good episode, don't get me wrong I love the other fight scenes too)

I loved the battle for Meeren that was my second favorite behind the battle of the basterds.

I know it somehow isn't the case according to various sites but surely Bronn has the highest kill count in GOT as his arrow massacred so many. I know Wun Wun has kicked some ass over the last few battles but it can't add up to as much as that one shot from Bronn
