The Britain’s Got Talent judge told how she likes to ‘channel’ the spirit of Khaleesi at home and loves to dress up in sexy costumes.
The hot-headed Mother of Dragons – played by Emilia Clarke in the hit HBO series – is Amanda’s favourite character to play, due to the sense of empowerment it gives her when she dons Daenerys’ gowns.
Speaking to the Daily Star Sunday, Amanda, 46, said: ‘I love Game of Thrones. I’m such a huge fan of the show. I love the dresses they wear on it. They’re stunning.’
‘I have a few of my own now. I’m often channeling my inner Khaleesi when I’m at home,’ she said.
She then speaks of how her and husband Chis Hughes often take their children to locations where the show has been filmed and also about how nerves set in when she met some of the cast at a recent party.
“I just about held it together. It was so exciting,’ she revealed.
However, although Amanda sees herself as a ringer for Khaleesi, her fans believe she looks more like Cersei Lannister, played Lena Headey.
One fan of the show wrote: ‘For the last few years my brother has thought that Cersei Lannister was played by Amanda Holden #GameOfThrones.’
‘Amanda Holden and Cersei Lannister are like long lost twins,’ wrote another viewer.
