It starts with the t-shirt but it’s much more than that. It’s going to be a movement. #comewithmeifyouwanttolift

  1. wow at the very end when he held the Conan sword and for most that have seen the movie will realize how much smaller he is now compared to back in his days when he used to wheel the sword in his palm effortlessly now it looks half the size of him just about 🙂

  2. Amazing man, when I was a kid I wanted to be like him with huge muscles and all. He was always cast in tough guy roles and after his prime in comedy roles he proved he could do both. Fantastic attitude towards life amazing man.

  3. I love this North American philosophy that you need to lead an unhealthily laborious and alarmingly active lifestyle in order to maintain a healthy weight. It's as though eating a relatively appropriate amount of processed food instead of eating a ludicrously inappropriate amount of processed food somehow isn't even worthy of being considered.

  4. 0:31, clearly the beneficiary of the most recent of his 156 cosmetic surgeries. Come on, Arnie. You're back on the drugs, and I'm passing no judgment. But please. What I do envy is his business savvy even though he throws everybody under the bus. A guy eligible for social security has taken to social media to reinvent and promote himself to a whole new young audience. Sure, he's got the cash to quickly create the infrastructure, but still. And I'm glad he's riding a bike, kids don't do that anymore.

  5. Don't forget that certain sugars will mess with your Insulin levels. And if that happens, your metabolism will slow down. I think this is a very big issue with weight gain. I remember reading a biography on Peter Lorre, who came to this country with plenty of fat on him. He finally lost that weight..(see Casablanca), and there's pics of him playing tennis with no shirt at the Hearst Estate in California, where he looks amazing. You know how he lost the weight? He only ate steak and spinach. The steak had protein and minerals, and some fat, but it takes energy to digest steak. The spinach kept everything else moving. By the way, I recommend staying away from heavy singles that stress the knees and lower back. (Like deadlifts). The compression of the spine can lead to a later life of real misery. I know.

  6. There's something to getting used to certain poses, I have always held in my stomach in case I've eaten too much. That's keeping it from stretching out, I'm going to the same to the back, keep the back straight.
