Everyone who says that the joke was not funny and that rape isn't funny obviously are too unintelligent to get the joke. The joke is in Stewie's character and that he is too young to understand how prank calls work so he tries and his attempt is way out of whack. Yes you could say it is a contrast on the two shows' different styles of humor but it's mostly just how Stewie is.

I know it's been said already but I love this moment for how it perfectly demonstrates the two series' humor. Honestly I sometimes think this episode was designed to show how the two franchises differ.

The best bit is you never see Moe's Reaction. I'm pretty sure he either burst into tears, or didn't take it seriously.

2. The WAY Stewie says his dialogue.

3. Bart's blank reaction to the crude humor.

And, as also stated before, it's a metaphor they put in the show to illustrate how different the comedy styles are.
