The gelatin used to make gummy bears is arguably worse than eating a real heart.

The heart may have essentially been a big gummy bear, but it tasted like bleach apparently. Emilia did actually have a hard time keeping it down if her audio commentary of the scene is to be believed.

Not quite if you asked me. The producers told Emilia Clarke that it should taste like gummy bears, but when she actually ate the thing it tasted like bleach (preservatives to make it look real, etc.) The part where she nearly retches is not acting.
