ABOUT PARKS AND RECREATION
From Emmy Award-winning executive producers Greg Daniels (NBC’s “The Office,” “King of the Hill”) and Michael Schur (NBC’s “The Office,” “Saturday Night Live”), “Parks and Recreation” is a hilarious ensemble comedy that follows Leslie Knope (Emmy and Golden Globe nominee Amy Poehler, NBC’s “Saturday Night Live,” “Baby Mama”), a mid-level bureaucrat in the Parks and Recreation Department of Pawnee, Indiana, and her tireless efforts to make her quintessentially American town just a little bit more fun.

  1. Ugh why are all the best men fictional. In other news, I almost cried at this and I couldn't breath the first time I saw this scene. The way Ben finishes his question, and asks "Marry me?" after Leslie already said yes is just really fuckin adorable to me oh my god I WANT A BEN WYATT

  2. My wife and I love Ben and Leslie, they are our favorite couple on TV. So, when I proposed to my wife I started with the 'I am deeply, ridiculously in love you" part just to show that this was happening. Thank you Parks and Recs!

  3. just started watching P&R 2 weeks ago, and i'm obsessed with it. especially Leslie/Ben! they are just so perfectly adorkable, and this scene makes me ridiculously happy and emotional. i have never cried so hard over a TV comedy before. thank you, writers and the amazing Amy Poehler and Adam Scott. <3 * sobs *
