The film must have Steven Seagal or John Claude Van Damme, Keanu Reeves. If I'm mistake I counted one Steven Seagal film and one Van Damme film. and a billion Keanu Reeves films.
If you consider it an action movie which I do my favorite 90s action movie is Braveheart if not the professional but if you don't consider that an action movie, Matrix.
My bracket was blown but point break and terminator 2 was my final two.
This is the most entertaining bracket EVER! While Mundy can be non-sensical that's what makes him so entertaining!

Mission Impossible should be in this discussion I just watched it and I think it is better than Point Break imo and I think The Fugitive should be here and I think is better than Point Break. I love Point Break but I think The Fugitive and Mission Impossible is better.

timecop is a generic, and mediocre action movie and the matrix is the revolutionary action film that blew everyone away. Enough said.

I guess total recall was made in the 90s and one my favorite best 90s movies is Mortal kombat and T2( one of the best 90s movies ever).

This debate is so pro Point Break. It was good but lord it wasn't that good, not even better than True Lies. True Lies was fun. What are you guys smoking…and Time Cop better than The Matrix. Morons.
Point Break was good, but it took itself too seriously perhaps. True Lies was over the top, yes, but not so much that you don't appreciate the humor and creativity. It doesn't take itself too seriously and it lets you know that early on. I just enjoyed it more.
