  1. That theory is ridiculous, why would the three eyed raven wait for Bran for so long just to have it end so quick. Makes no sense to have a second grey scale like story line in the series at all.

  2. It could be an ever repeating storyline as i have seen theories that the night king was created to control the white walkers once the children lost control and that bran could become the night king to do so leading the white walkers into another sort of hibernation. Although the destruction of the wall is hard to explain although it could be an unavoidable event and that the previous three eyed raven allowed bran to be touched by the night king in order to cause this future. Love to hear any evidence that may support this theory or just your opinion

  3. I have a theory about how it will end:-

Bran's warging strength increases (he's already warged into Rhaegol). So at the battle at King's Landing, he tries to warg into Visaeryon but fails because of the Night King's presence so then he tries the same with the Night King himself and gets nowhere close. So he realises that the only way is to warg into the Night King when he was created to try and control him but at the cost of his own body. When he does so the Night King in the present suddenly becomes controlled by Bran. Bran (as the Night King) causes all the undead to collapse and flies back to north of the wall with all the Wight Walkers in tow. So Bran has to live out the rest of his time in the Night King's body away from everyone he knew.

  4. Here's the bittersweet ending, Bran will get trapped inside Night King's body, Jon will sacrifice himself to kill the Night King (Bran), so there you go, both of them had to die to save mankind from the White Walkers.

  5. The "mark" is definitely what turns bran into the Night King. I think that the last Three Eyed Raven had the same condition, which is why he had to remain connected to the weirdwood tree, as the Children had enchanted it so that their Green magic would combat the magic of the Night King. Bran has no such help now. He is doomed to become the monster he is trying to destroy.

Think of it as the "There must always be a Lichking" concept from World of Warcraft. The present Night King dies, but bran is taken to the North, by the White Walkers and is frozen alive in a cryostasis manner through a ritual that the other walkers perform and there he sleeps for thousands of years to begin the cycle again.

Edit: It could be that after the Night King is dead, Bran realizes he still bears the mark because the Night King /marked/ him far in the past, when he is still alive, and thereby allowing for the magic to still function. Just like with Greyscale, Bran recognizes his fate and marches far North into Always Winter to await his transformation. He takes the place of the Night King and begins forming a new army once more to march south, find another Green Seer, and mark him or her to repeat the cycle.

  6. I think the mark was more like a link between the two. I can't remember the movie but in almost all time travel movies everytime you see yourself or interact witj yourself it puts a rift in that timeline..in this case it linked the NKs mind with Bran because they are the same person just differenr reincarnations Bran!

  7. dany will die from child birth
    john from wild fire
    euron from wild fire
    arya kills cercie with poison
    jamie from wild fire
dany's daughter will be heir to iron throne
dany's daughter name is liana targerian
she will be the last dragon just like dany
    all dragons also die
white walkers kills bran by stabing him with dragon glass in heart, he is next night king

  8. If you watch the show you can see that before First Humans came to Westeros was no winter (when they transform the human in Night King), that scene was beyond the wall at that Tree and was no winter. I think the Children messed up everything when they created the Night King to be a weapon to fight agains humans and they didn't predict that he turn agains them too.

  9. I think Bran is more closely connected to the guy in the tree since atleast he cannot walk. The monkey wrench in the story about the bran is the night king theory, is that bran cannot walk, the night king can.

  10. I don't think the mark will spread like a gray scale, but rather alternate Bran from the inside. Just think about it, in the season 7 we see how Bran has already lost his sense of himself and presumably, his feeling as well. Maybe this is exactly what the mark does, it takes his "humanity" away and leaves only a "three-eyed-raven" part of Bran. Moreover, we haven't seen much of a Bran in season 7, so we are left here to predict what is going to happen next.

  11. last scene of Season 8 the last remaining white walker drags Brans dead body up to the land of always winter. with a piece of dragon glass stabbed through Brans heart the white walker preforms a ritual and places a crown on top of Brans head. Bran then transforms into the next Nights King and the cycle continues…

  12. I've always believed the long seasons in A song of Ice & Fire have to do with the Earth's orbit becoming wider and more and more eccentric. Unlike the Star Wars world which is all spacey but is set in the past, when some suggested Westeros being shaped after the Americas I wondered if, despite all the medieval look, this wasn't actually set in a future millions of years from now. The fact that George R.R. Martin has flirted with the whole Dying Earth genre seemed to me like a trail of breadcrums and how many stories present long-lost technologies as 'magic'. Apologies for my phrasing if unclear.

  13. Why does people have to be mean on every comment is ur life that sad and miserable so much so that u find a little happiness and feel like someone when u type mean comments on a popular app like the actors or creator of YouTube gonna throw u shade grow up

  14. SPECULATION! This word applies to all these comments here and on other videos! If what I have seen about season 8….well I am pretty angry! Where are all the "so called theories" ? I can't beleive it will end like that!

  15. Um…what?lol we know exactly which house the First Men belonged to. Viserys explained that in the very beginning, dude. The First Men were Targaryens, making the Night King a Targaryen if he was truly a First. They all were. Done.
