Today I am joined by the one and only GrayArea and we are here to bring you some of our ideas for what we think Bran Stark’s role is during this last season. I made this videos into two parts that way it’s easier for those of you who like shorter videos. The second part will come out tomorrow. In this video we discuss what Bran Stark will do now that he knows the wall was breached by the Night King and Viserion. We also talk about Bran Stark learning the truth about Rhaegar Targaryen & Lyanna Stark’s wedding and when we think he will tell Jon Snow.. With Bran’s Character it feels like there are 1,000 different possible directions his story can go in. One thing we know for sure is Bran will continue to unlock the secrets about The Long Night and The Others with the help of Samwell Tarly.. Some of the things Sam took from the Citadel may hold the answers to how to defeat the Night King. The convo is definitely interesting so make sure you come back tomorrow to see more. Don’t forget to subscribe to GrayArea’s Channel too. The link is down below. Thanks for watching!!

  1. Bran doesn't need to warg into a wight in order to see where they are. He can visit the past without doing it. He said he can see things that are happening all over the world and he's not having to warg into Winterfell ravens to do it. He can, therefore, simply watch the army of the dead.

  2. Would love to hear your theory (if you haven't already done so) of Sam getting the magic Maester link by lighting the candle? Possibly due to his interaction with Bran and stumbling upon the answer through the course of the war. With greyscale kinda being a foreshadowing of each of Sam's links that he obtains being extremely rare in their own right. Would love to hear your thoughts.

  3. Only way Jon can get to Winterfell in time is by Dragon.

I believe Bran will travel to The God's Eye in the past to witness The Pact which ended The Long Night.

  4. Does Bran wargh into multiple ravens at once? It seemed like it. when he was flying over the Nite King's army the night king looked up and seemed to break the whole flock apart with his mind. Maybe it was just for affect, but it makes me wonder. Do you think it's possible that Bran can wargh into multiple creatures at once?

  5. I like you separately… I come to talking thrones for the calm dissecting perspective and others for the "I'm talking to my friend" feel. I can't watch this. It's not the style I come to this channel for… please just do you

  6. The collab was awesome. My only call out; you should have given GreyArea a better intro? She should have been able to introduce herself or say hi to your subscribers. It was kind of awkward jumping into the topic.

  7. Loved that you two teamed up. I enjoyed GrayArea on this one because I didn't have to hear "My Sweet Summer Children". I have tried to watch her videos, but I just don't like that particular persona she has created. I don't like being called a child. I know it is just a silly Youtube video, but it still just irritates me so I don't usually watch her stuff. Would love more videos like this though!

  8. I loved the collaboration. I subscribe to you both. I agree that the Bran flashbacks are important, Hold the Door (revealed Bran's birth as the three-eyed raven), Aegon/Jon's parentage and the purpose and means for the creation of the Night King. I also think some important events leading to the defeat of the Night King, including Jon beating a Whitewalker at Hardhomme, John taking Winterfell, Denarys giving birth to her Dragons, Jon going north to capture a Wight on a frozen lake, etc., has already been foreshadowed in previous episodes, occurred and will be revealed as steps toward a victory – everything will make sense in the end. Every remaining main character will play a role in defeating the Night King. I think Jon's Heritage is a game-changer. I felt that toward the end of Season 7, Jon bending the knee was not just unnecessary, IMO it was irrelevant. Jon is the true leader – Jon has properly focused everyone's attention on the true enemy, and all of the main characters are following him. Once his true heritage is revealed, I think it will complicate things at first, but it will also provide legitimacy to his rule
