IntEresting theory but even Jon snows parentage is not yet revealed in the books, and Martin did not write any of the last 2 seasons if I'm not mistaken. So it would not be saturated with Targaryans.

You forget the tournament where Joanna paid her last visit to King's Landing, and Aerys did something which so outraged Tywin that he tried to resign as Hand. It was supposedly an off-color joke about Joanna, although if that's all it was his reaction would have been out of all proportion. Actually having sex with Joanna would fit the Tywin's reaction much better- and the timing of the incident would line up perfectly with Tyrion's birth.
