Step right up, ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, children of all ages, and behold yet another shining example of why Game of Thrones fans are some of the most passionate people on the planet. The long wait for season 8 has not dulled the wit and creative spark that lives within the heart of these intrepid fans, and as evidence to that fact, we present this collection of fan-made posters for the show’s eighth and final season. Enjoy!

What an absolute beauty. It might not be for season 8 specifically, but this thing is a damn fine work of art. Tormund has never looked so fierce, nor the battle at Hardhome more harrowing. Bravo artist Guillem Bosch, bravo!

Is it just us, or does this next piece give off a 1990s collector’s edition comic book vibe, complete with the alternate hologram cover? We think it’s the bomb.

When Daenerys Targaryen, Jon Snow, and Cersei Lannister get together long enough to have their picture taken, literally anything can happen. Case in point, in our next poster, the icy foundation of Westeros seems to be cracking under the weight of the responsibility they bear. Winter is here, indeed.

Here’s Queen Daenerys Targaryen sitting on the same ill-conceived assemble-by-numbers Ikea chair that helped her father Aerys Targaryen go mad, is an ending many Game of Thrones fans are hoping for. You shouldn’t judge Aerys so harshly, though. I mean, have you ever tried to put together any furniture from Ikea? No wonder he was called the Mad King.

It’s always fun to see the Night King flying around on his ice dragon, Viserion. Also, the snow breath is a very nice touch.

What’s this next piece of art trying to say? Will Jon and Sansa face off, with Jon representing House Targaryen and Sansa representing House Stark? Or, will the two solidify a bond already made strong through the trials and tribulations they’ve overcome together, as sibling-cousins? You decide.

Ok, as a lifelong Star Wars fan, this one might be my personal favorite. Jon and Dany take center stage, while their friends and foes alike populate the bottom. Darth the Night King ominously looms over them all. Love it.

Here’s another fan-made poster for something other than season 8, yet it looks so good, we kind of hope the Game of Thrones prequel series uses it.

Finally, it all comes down to this: the Great War could very well culminate with Drogon and Viserion going at each other, head-on. At which point, George R.R. Martin will reveal that A Song of Ice and Fire was never really about Jon Snow and Daenerys Targaryen, rather, it was about sibling dragons fighting over the last remaining ye olde Hot Pocket in Westeros. Not really, but now I sort of really want this to happen now.

While there is no doubt that the above poster is fantastic, there’s a very important question that needs answering: When Viserion and Drogon finally meet in battle and begin belching flame at each other, will it be like crossing the streams? Please say yes.

And that wraps up yet another superb fan-made Game of Thrones poster collection. Keep up the good work, gang!
