I think Varys is the leader of The Seven Cult, aka Sparrows that Cersei firebombed half the city to kill. I think that because recently when the Red Lady came to Mereen, Varys said "The old gods, the new, it's all the same to me" I don't think he is an Atheist, I think he believes the third religion, The Seven.

I think the Bran theory is true but not the part you mentioned. Throughout the books people always here voices, kind of like how Ned Stark heard Bran while watching him enter the tower. And the whole Hold the Door part. One theory I really really like is that Bran is the reason the Mad King went mad. Jaime said the Mad King kept saying "Burn them all" because of the whispers. Maybe while Bran is visiting the time where The Mad King is the ruler the White Walkers attack and someone says to burn them all because that's the way you kill a White Walker. Like Hodor maybe Aerys hears "burn them all" and keeps repeating it as Hodor did with "Hold the door"

You don't mention the most compelling evidence for the three targaryan siblings theory – the fact that there are three dragons. Three dragons who need three dragon riders. Daenerys, Tyrion, and Jon. When Tyrion set loose the two captive dragons, I think he sort of earned their trust. Maybe Jon will too.

BUT after hodor died, bran had alot of visions. one of them was the same scene when cercie blew up the sparrow along with 90% of the tyrels, and he had that vision before that happened. if that wasnt a continuity error, bran can see into the future. Time travel is by nature very confusing so anything could happen really.

Metra is clearly younger than Jon though… If you go by hair yeah they have hair alike but neither of them have that pale blonde Targaryen hair. Varys might be, it would explain why the sorcerer needed his man parts if he served the red God Varys King's blood woulda served a purpose. Tyrion could be a Targaryen at least in the series premiere he had the pale blond hair , seems since then it's more of the Lannister dirty blonde. He did have a bond with the Dragon's though at least enough not to crisp him to death.
