I think Robert can demand that you hand over any Targaryens in your court which is a death sentence for them so I wouldn't bring over Lyanna's boy to be educated in Westeros.

Once I played as littlefinger and I married lyanna to get the north, and succeeded in installing our son, but when they died it went to the karstarks and all I got from it was Ice as all the Starks were dead because of me.
