[Game of Thrones Season 7 SPOILERS ahead] I made a Game of Thrones parody song! I’ve been obsessed with Game of Thrones. I’m not typically in the parody music game, but I had to make this. This song is from Season 7 of Game of Thrones, Episode 6: Beyond the Wall, so if you’re not caught up on the Game of Thrones action, maybe wait on this.

(edit: I released this before the Game of Thrones season 7 finale, so if you’re watching it after seeing the end, cast your mind back to the last episode… before Daenerys got her man. 😉 I imagine this song happening while Daenerys is on the boat to King’s Landing with Jon Snow.)

Daenerys tries to figure out how to tell Jon Snow she loves him in this parody. 😁 I’m rooting for Daenerys and Jon Snow… even though, I get it. Incest. Game of Thrones got me supporting incest all of the sudden. What can I say? It’s Daenerys and Jon.

And, as I said, I don’t usually make parody songs. This is the first parody song I’ve ever done. My boyfriend, Danny started playing James Taylor’s “Fire and Rain” after last week’s episode of Game of Thrones… and it just seemed too perfect to turn into a Game of Thrones song, so I had to write this.

I get that James Taylor isn’t the biggest pop star right now… for the purpose of making parody songs.. but “Fire and Rain” was too perfect.. A Song of Fire and Ice. I mean, right? A Song of Ice and Fire. You get it… and I love James Taylor. Who doesn’t love James Taylor?

Lyrics for A Song of Fire & Ice by me… with lots of help from Danny Miller. Special thanks to Ian Cardoni 💙 Thanks for watching!

Is Kit Harington a Good Actor?*

Why is Lena Headey So Good?*

* These are acting technique videos. I discuss the work of Kit Harington (Jon Snow) and Lena Headey (Cersei Lannister) in Game of Thrones, and how actors can learn from what they did.

🔸 A SONG OF FIRE & ICE LYRICS 🔸
Game of Thrones Parody Song

Just yesterday morning, I could have sworn you were gone.
Oh Jon, the plans we made put an end to you.
I looked out this morning and I saw I was wrong,
I just don’t know-ow how I can say to you-

I’ve seen fire and I’ve seen ice.
I’ve seen dragons born and set the unsullied free.
I’ve seen the first Dothraki cross the narrow sea.
But I never thought that love would come to me.

Won’t you look down upon me Drogon,
Can you see that I need this man?
But can I tell him before Blackwater Bay?
He’d bend the knee if he could only stand.
I don’t know I have the words to say-

Oh, I’ve seen fire and I’ve seen ice.
I’ve seen dragons born and set the unsullied free.
I’ve seen the first Dothraki cross the narrow sea.
But I never thought that love would come to me.

Been leaving dragon stone, to win the throne.
Won’t be easily won.
Jon knows when the Night King shows,
Won’t matter who is crowned.
Well, there’s hours of time on this ship
of mine to talk about things to come:
Iron throne or dragon bones in pieces on the ground.

Oh, I’ve seen fire and I’ve seen ice.
I’ve seen dragons born and set the unsullied free.
I’ve seen the first Dothraki cross the narrow sea.
But I never thought that I’d see you baby, one more time again, Snow.

Now I see you one more time again
There’s just the one thing I need to say this time around, Snow.
That I love you, that I love you, fire and ice, Jon.
