All right I know this might be late and all but I hope you see this:
Could you do a run where you try to kill the assassin as fast as possible (on any difficulty you want)? Not sure if you'll be as lucky as me(warning, long detailed build ahead), but I was on a run with 4 brutality, 22 tactics, and 4 survival with a level 6 hunters Longbow which did 20% more damage on crits, an ice bow, 2 heavy turrets (one had 100% more damage on burning enemies and 175% more in frozen. The other had 100% more damage with burning enemies and projectiles).

I had the mutations which let you do more damage while you had your turrets down and while enemies where far away.

My relic made me invisible after 5 seconds and let me do 150% more damage (this bit is irrelevant cause by now you'll already be one shooting everything except a boss)
When I entered her room, I immediately put down my two turrets and shot her in the face with the ice bow. Then I shot her 3-4 times (I can't remember didn't record it, still I mist admit I can remember this with incredible detail) with my hunters Longbow and she died within 5 seconds. She never even changed phases… keep in mind this was with 2 boss cells equipped, and I'm sure she wouldn't have even survived one hit on regular mode.
Anyways if you see this, try and neat her faster than me… or just post a vid showing how close you were as well (• ε •). Also I killed the boss faster than you with the cursed sword….

So the Hunter's Longbow's Major Drawback is its Major Drawback?

When you are climbing a single wall the best way to go up fast is to jump, climb until you stop, roll, jump, rinse and repeat

Dumb question. I've only beaten the Assassin once. I've noticed people holding onto their cells. Why not use them at the collector?

Doc how do you start the run off with 2 items equipped and when you go to the first door all 3 items are on the ground meaning you didn't pick up any?

I've been thinking and in my opinion it would be more fun to see how one would ACTUALLY do a run with the weapons rather than you limiting yourself to them. Like, I get how these are challenges just for you but since there's no achievement or anything it would be nicer to see what combo you'd want to use for each specific weapon.

What would you use with a long bow setup? Maybe an ice bow, explosive lure and bear traps? Then go for that.
Limiting yourself "manually" for no reason isn't all that meaningful (for me personally, even if I've watched all of your videos so they're probably entertaining enough anyway, haha) to watch.

Also, just stomp when it makes sense, it's not a weapon even if you're doing "insert weapon here"- only. 🙂

do you have any issues with controllers? after the last update, I haven't been able to get the game to recognize mine even though it still works for every other Steam game I have

a good way to deal with bomb bats if you dont wanna run away and are not using a weapon thats able to kill it in time is to just do a ground mash itll 1 shot it and you dont have to do it on top of it either as long as its in position to explode it should work

I commented a little while back about how I couldn't beat the watcher because the area lagged. I spent 5 days non stop and eventually did it normally and with the two boss cells. I was so happy because I didn't have the best weapons, just one really buffed one.

hey I got the final boss cell!
I used dual knife storms while spamming brutality with a boss cell and I even beat the Assassin
Dual knife storms are really OP especially when you spam brutality and I also got a few tactics while having the cooldown mutation which actually reduced the cooldown. I think dual knifestorms are a bit too op.
