Fun fact. There is actually a german version of Breaking bad now. Not officially, but it's a clear rip-off. It's called "Morgen hör ich auf" (Tomorrow I'll quit) and is about a printer that starts to print money illegally. It's storywise and also stylistic a clear rip off.

acting is s little more difficult to compare we are 2 different cultures I have seen american remakes from latinamerican production and the acting its very dissapointing compared to colombian actors. but I think the reason is because its nearly impossible to make a second version and match the original. it's like michael jackson covering sinatra regardles on how talented jackson is till is going to sound like a cheap copy. just because they are different and in your mind the original version is always going to be the canon.
Im colombian and let me put it this way American producers are the best in the world they put a lot of money in their productions. Colombian productions are always very poor in terms of production it is very frustraiting watching colombian tv producers making millions of dollars at a so low budget they make hundreds of dollars on the pennies they are so greedy and never really put enough money on production that is a fact and out of a question.

My parents really enjoyed Metastasis (Colombian version of BB) and i just kind of cringed at how they thought the show was really good. The acting was so terrible and everything happened so fast, i wanted to show them the original one but they didn't want to watch it.

There's no Mexican version of breaking bad. There is one in Spanish called "Metástasis" but it is Colombian, not Mexican.
