Declaimer (Jotunheim) and I (Asphodel) face off, trying out some new (and old) strats. For a while I’ve been trying to get Sacred Jotun werewolves to work and kicked over some of my ideas to Declaimer (who mains Jotunheim) and he seemed to make something quite devastating, especially when you see how he fairs in the second fight after all of my foulspawn are dead. (
My Mother of Monsters had the Crossbreeding Book, 7 Blood and 3 Magic Scales (for Asphodel) and would produce around 70+ foulspawn per casting of Improved Crossbreeding. 2-4+ of the creatures would be the size 6 Ettins and Grotesques. Which is a stupid amount of chaff for only 20 blood slaves (and the blood 6, construction 8, +crossbreed book cost). Grotesques can make fun thugs if you feel like indulging in Gift of Reason.
