First off, Jaimies horse got barbecued by Drogon. Even if the horse did survive, Jaimies horse had white manes while the one you pointed out has gray manes. Secondly the rider doesnt even remotely look like Jaimie, he has fur on his shoulders and no red/gold colours anywhere on his clothing.
